1. Jhal – Muri

This recipe is prepared by adding some stuffed rice, some masala, onion, tomato and some mixture.

Ingredients –

  • Stuffed rice
  • Onion
  • tomato
  • green chili
  • red chilly powder
  • jeera powder
  • black & white salt
  • chat masala
  • small size badam
  • mix mixture

Recipe making process-

Mix all mentioned ingredients in a bowl and done. This recipe is ready for serve.

2. Fruit Salad – Food without Fire

Fruit salad is prepared by mixing different kind of fruits. This recipe is highly nutricious and best for dieting, children’s and for ill people.

Ingredients-

  • Mango
  • Orange
  • Pineapple
  • Papaya
  • Guava
  • Grapes
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Lemon
  • Black Salt

Recipe making process-

First clean all fruits with water. Cut all fruit and put them in bowl. Add little amount of black salt and lemon juice and done. This recipe is ready for serve.

3. Chana – Masala

Chana Masala is prepared by adding onion, maala extra in soaked chana.

Ingredients-

  • Soaked Chana
  • Green Chilly
  • Red Chilly Powder
  • Chaat Masala
  • Jeera Powder
  • Aamchur Powder
  • Lemon Juice
  • Onion
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato

Recipe making process-

Add soaked chana in a bowl. Then mix chopped onion, green chilly, tomato, cucumber in it. Then add little amount of all mentioned masala and salt in it and done. This recipe is ready for serve.

4. Kheera – Masala

This recipe is prepared by adding masala in cucumber. It is very light food and rich in water source. This recipe is best suited for summer season.

Ingredients-

  • Cucumber
  • Chaat Masala
  • Black Salt
  • Red chilly powder
  • Lemon Juice

Recipe making process-

First wash the cucumber with water. And cut it in two pieces. Add black salt, red chilly flakes, chaat masala and lemon juice on it and done. This recipe is ready to serve.

5. Sattu _Pani

This recipe is highly nutritious and a traditional health drink of Bihar.

Ingredients_

  • Chana Sattu
  • Black salt and white salt
  • Lemon juice
  • green chilly
  • Onion
  • Water

Recipe making process-

Take one deep container. Add 5 spoon of sattu powder in it. Add chopped onion and green chilly. Add one full lemon juice. Add salt according to taste. add one glass of water. Mix all these very well. And serve it in glass. Add some chopped onion and green chilly for garnishing.
