Pahadi Mandir Ranchi : Number 1 Place to visit in Ranchi first

Pahadi Mandir Ranchi is the main attraction point in Ranchi situated in the center of Ranchi city. The temple is situated at the top of a mountain and we have to climb total 430 stairs to perform the abhisheka of God Shiva. 

Many temples are situated at this mountain and left and right side of the main entrance gate. Everyday hundred of people visit this place. But on special days like Monday, Saturday, Sravan month, new year a big crowd gathered there to perform puja.

The best time to visit temple is early morning or the second half. That time you will get less number of devotees in the temple. 

To reach the temple you can follow many roots. But the best and easy path to reach by public transport is by coming from Ratu Road Chowk. Reach the Ratu road durga mandir. And take the opposite site straight root to follow the temple.

One ancient cave is situated at the top of the mountain. And it is known as Naag Devta Mandir.

Pahadi Mandir Ranchi History

British officials during there era used this mountain to punish Indian People here. That place had many bad memory at that time. After freedom the local people built temple at this place. So that the place can be worshipped. 

Every year to pay the tribute to national freedom fighter we do flag hosting at Pahadi Mandir Ranchi on 15 August and 26 January. This flag is the biggest national flag of Ranchi. And looks very beautiful when it is hosted in air.

Pahadi Baba Mandir Location is very near to Ratu Road Chowk Ranchi. Mandir is situated at a walking distance from Ranchi Ratu Road Chowk. Also it is very near to Kutchery Chowk, Kishorganj Chowk and Upper Bazaar Ranchi. Many routes meets at this point. And the temple is situated at a center of Ranchi.
